I had same issue with chain thing. Rammed screwdriver through and it worked a treat.

I use tapatalk on here and on the main screen where it opens up, I get a participated tab. Sounds like exactly what you mean.

I fixed my heater vents so the footwell vents work. Plastic sheath over the control cable connected to dash lever had worn. Added some tape and tightened the clamp. Easy job that now keeps my feet warm...

Looking at rustproofing and found Rust Buster of East anglia. They quote £150.00 - £170.00 to waxoyl a 4x4, and state I sent them a message to ask if they did inside the chassis box sections or if this was extra. Here is the reply. So, apparently, rust protection is not necessary...

Definitely get a disklok. Worth its weight in gold for piece of mind.
