Swapped rear springs between two Discos :rolleyes: so thats two changes by 1:00 thisarvo. Thanks to Daftlett and Mark for all their help :D.
 
ive done fook all to a landy... but bought set of wiper blades and oil filter for ickle micra from local trade parts place.... £12 :D:D:D
 
I'm trying to fit the brake shoes the correct way first time round regarding where the springs go and in which holes in the shoe crescents. This is part of my restoration project and I wish I have taken more photos before dismantling some items.
 
got the hammerite out to paint rear bumper and tow bar. next i need to figure out how my battery is keeping charge while i have 2 loose wires in back of alternator
 
Fitted a set of front light guards.

Repaired the rear door lock - bought a kit off fleabay for a fiver.

Tried to fit the roof tent on the new roof rack - the tent is a wide model and turned out to be an inch too wide - regalvanised brownchurch roof rack with new fittings now on fleabay (boll%cks). Flamin gutted.

Fitted new tubular turrets. Was going to fit my new tailgate but just couldn't be arsed. Have to do it tomorrow and sort out the gearbox oil as the dipstick shows it's way overfilled.
 
checked oils. checked sat nav and realised (35 mins ago) NO WADING PLUGS - so gone and swapped em from the convertable :D.
 
primed and then undercoated my series 2a in the gorgeous sunshine today, hope its dry tomorrow, nato green here we go!!
 
drove to the steam engine yard and moved a 12 ton traction engine around for a bit (needed it the other way round in the shed) :D

I fixed my heater vents so the footwell vents work. Plastic sheath over the control cable connected to dash lever had worn. Added some tape and tightened the clamp. Easy job that now keeps my feet warm...
