I'm a young landy driver too ! i say **** it get one, mine costs half it costs a mate to insure his fiesta, make sure you get a van though, with two (or three) seats then you'll never have to give lifts ! plus you'll always have something to do ( it will break all the time !) :cool2:

ah brilliant just had a look underneath and the smallest of the wires that goes to the starter had come off i guess it was loosened by my big splash and had fallen off this morning anyway pushed it back on and everything is good !

hi all I changed the bulb in my interior light in my 2000 90 (as the previous owner had put a blue bulb in) when i turned it on neither of the interior lights worked, i put the original bulb back in and it still didn't work, when i turned the car on the radio didn't work when it previously...

I have a 1999 td5 and so it has the tdi style grey dash panel, i prefer the newer style black td5 dash and wondered if it is a simple job of swapping the panels and bolting the centre console in or if it is too much effort to bother thanks !:)

took the cover off and pulled it out and your right the shaft from the back of the gearbox is worn badly as well as the bit inside the transfer box, cant really afford a recon box atm so does anyone see any problems with welding the two together?

right i have just taken my front prop off and the clunk is still there, i took the centre seat out and the panel under it so i could see the handbrake drum when i set of the clunk happend before the rear prop started to move which presumably means its from inside the transfer box when i laid...

thanks for the feedback :) i am quite light being 17 and have filled up today and it is much lest noticeable. I had just thought that it didn't look right sat at a funny angle when parked !! it handles fine and drives well so it is probably no issue :)
