Just to clarify, it's the signature and delivery address Paypal check online like they can with the parcel companies. You can't deliver it yourself and get them to sign for it. Paypal would still refund them and then you are left with all the aggro of the small claims court/kneecapping them or...

Just a warning, DON'T USE PAYPAL. They can pay, collect the vehicle and then chargeback as you won't have a signature on delivery to their paypal verified address that is checkable online.
