    Recon rebuild wisdom

    Will be getting engine back this week. Rebore, pistons, rings, bearings etc etc. What's the wisdom on running in these days? Also will I need to re-torque head after a while. Have also read something sometime about priming the turbo with oil on re-start?

    Diff lock light switch: how far in?

    Ok easier said than done with engine out and everything disconnected! how about if I screw it in all way, with diff lock not on, then do a continuity (earthing) test on it, unscrewing till it doesnt earth (assuming ot does to start)?

Before i make it inaccessible again, do i just wind it in all the way or does it need to be set at a certian depth...

    Slave Cylinder

    (Lots of posts as engine out at moment!) With engine out of the bay, wondering whether I should change clutch slave cylinder whilst its easy to get at. Only problem isI wont have anything to "push" against to bleed it and I have heard they can be hard to bleed. Any advice??

    The steering box always seems to have a little bit of fluid around the top. Possibly coming from the adjustor and lock not. Its a six bolt model. Are there any seals in there I can easily replace?

    Will soon be removing injectors as part of a major engine overhaul. Not done this before. Have a substantial slide hammer if necessary but how to connect this to injector? Don't have an old supply pipe so anyone know the size of the nut which connects to top of injector? Or any other way to connect?

    Looks like I have a leaking gasket, the large rectangular plate with about 4 bolts each side. Presumably just drain oil and fit a new one with sealant? Any torque recommendation for the bolts?
