I occasionally get the hollow bolts which connect the leak off pipe to the injector bodie coming loose and getting diesel everywhere. I tighten as much as I dare! Has anyone used Loctite on these at all please?

Done about 2k on new front disc pads, fitted about two years ago. They recently have taken to really squealing for the first few times I use them in a day. Seems to wear off. Is it likely just to be surface rust on the discs or do I need more copper grease behind them
