Haha, not at all! I'm a new landy owner so the more info I can soak up the better. I'll keep an eye out for some boost alloys with tyres on, purchase those and then do a straight swap onto my defender. That way I can sell my wheels & tyres without faffing about swapping tyres over.

Thanks for all the info. If anyone is interested in the wheels/tyres and has 16" boost alloys with similar condition tyres let me know.

I think it's uncommon for this tyre, I had trouble finding them new online in that size

Don't have much info at the minute, just trying to ascertain if there's interest. Black Defender 90 roof rack, quite deep with front & rear camel-trophy badges.

That's been around for a while with hot hatches etc cause it's easy/cheap in comparison with the results. It'll make a big difference especially in conjunction with a remap/intercooler but I always thought the results weren't nearly as good with diesels.

I did think the same, perhaps just a coincidence. Still haven't had a chance to have a proper look for the chassis number. I work till late evening & live on a narrow road with no parking, so it usually has to wait till the weekend.

I've tracked the past 4 owners, and don't intend to stop there :) I'm pretty certain it's not stolen. Anyone have any ideas of what's stamped on the front diff? I was under the truck the other day having a look and found what seems to be a G which also gave me some hope as mine is a G reg.

Assumed it was wrong type cause it's like water, super runny. How come not bother with the flush? Trucks new to me & not being sure when it was last serviced I thought it'd be a good shout

My 90 has too much oil in, and has been run on the wrong type. I bought a new oil filter, 7 litres of the correct oil and a tin of Diesel engine flush. The oil is a fair way above the dipstick when checking it. Theres around a litre and a half too much in. Should I drain some before adding the...
