    Diesel or Petrol?

Hi Mike I've had both. I prefer the TD4. My 1.8GS did suffer the headgasket failure but was replaced with the upgraded one, head skimmed and thermostat mods etc and i never had another problem. I sold it on and then somebody at work bought it about a year later. He's done another 30K (now 96K)...

    Tow Bar and Stabiliser

Depending on the Alko model you can get a detachable handle for use with 4x4 that makes it a bit easier. Mine is the double sided model. You remove the red plastic handle and fit this replacement when needed. Works better but still not perfect. Check this out. Alko Retro Fit 4x4 Handle For...

Tyre diameters front to rear urgent advice req.

Fronts should have a smaller circumference than rears. That is why when changing in pairs you always put the new ones to the back. I take it they didn't measure them at the garage or they would know this. Remember larger rolling diameter always to back (unless you are lucky enough to be able to...

    Replacements for Syncrone Tyres

Same here. I just invested in two Pirelli Scorpion STR for the rear and moved the the Synchrones forward. The Pirelli's are M+S rated. I have the Simbars one that fits through the spare. It does the job. I have used it for two adult bikes and a childs up to this year. When I tried 3 adult bikes its a squeeze.
