Replaced all the rubber protection pads that are fitted to my Hannibal roof rack support brackets without having to take the rack off (which is a minimum 2 man job) Result!!!! :D:D

I’ve gone all LED on my truck. The headlights are Vision X Vortex. Not cheap at around £580 a set but DOT approved etc. For lighting I don’t think you can beat LED lights. The range and clarity of the light is outstanding. These ones have a halo light (around the rim) which effectively act as a DRL.

That’s exactly what I keep telling my girlfriend!

I reckon on about 30 miles worth.

Well, sorry you think that! The sliders are there for a reason!. They protect the underside. The side steps are there for a reason! They assist getting in and out. Yes I can (and have) used the jacking points. Because you think they are ‘bling’ doesn’t mean everybody else does and we don’t...

Tend to agree with ‘Shippers’ here. If you’ve the money to buy one, do it up and then sell it why not just buy the one which, as you say, would be better suited to you and cut out the camper?

Here’s a comparison for you. My 110 with rock sliders and steps.

I’ve spent a good few £k with them and currently can’t fault them. Had mine Dinitrolled last year by them. They take photos at every stage, the old before and after type of thing. Useful if you like keeping records and especially so if you ever consider AV’s.

Coated all the rubber seals on my doors with a silicone protective treatment that keeps it flexible and prevents it cracking. :)

I’ve just been quoted £900 for front half shafts and new cv joints on 2012 110! That’s for Ashcroft kit at around £650, then add your labour and vat! Trouble is I’m no mechanic.......... Looks like I’ll become one?
