It's well better now I didn't no it came in The only difference is the engine mount U have to cut the old 1 off and weld a new on slightly further back

Wow that's made such a difference I've got a 300tdi mounted to a standard box but with disco diffs I was sitting at about 50mph on the motor way Just before the boost comes in Now it will sit at 65 all day long I was shocked Took it up to 80 ish :) 1968 2a at 80mph Haha

I'm a mechanic just looking for ideas

What's the best way to do it without spending loads Swooping axels or save for a kit

Ignition amplifier Figured it out when we tried to make extended wires and move it away Wouldn't start But due to no earth when moved We put it back and it started Give it a wiggle and it then started to play up Thanks for all the help guys

Land rover Checked the old one and was out of spec New one ok Can't set the base idle either

No ideas??? :(

Ok we replaced the throttle position sensor and it seems better but not right There was a bog on start up which has now gone But still misses when hot Can't set the base idle as it starts to run rough at low revs Any ideas thanks

Got a problem dvla want pictures of my series 2 vin reg and engine number It's got a 300tdi in What do you think I should do Take a pic off a 2.25 derv engine number or send mine in

That makes sence might take the thermostat out and see what happens

I've got a s11 with 300tdi somebody thrown the engine in It's got a tdi rad in it The top hose is cold bottom hose hot I've teed off the bottom to an expansion tank that's also hot It's warm in the car too I'll try to draw it to best describe But any thoughts
