SOLD.
Sold it after 26.5 years of ownership, it was just a replacement for my rusty 10 year old car RR, I didn’t need the disco after the first 2 year, the job I had for it landscape my new garden was now finished, but kept the disco as it as it was relatively issue free, also the company cars I have take the daily strain.
So off to my friendly JLR dealership who sold me an XE which I have now sold and they took the disco as part x on a “small” Jaguar as don't need the carrying capacity of a LR any more.

Possibly but getting code C1B00 which could be a faulty steering angle sensor. Other symptoms so seem to match.
Doesn't look too tricky to replace and can re-sell if it's not that.

I got carried away leak tracing and sealing with Captain Tolley and Tiger Seal, decided to rip out the upper windscreen over seal.
This might not have been too bad, but then I had a bonkage mishap when fitting the new one.
The good news is that the sealing work seems to have been a success, and I took the opportunity to upgrade to a heated windscreen. Here's hoping that it all works when my new Nanocom arrives and I can actually enable it.
While waiting for that, I've been working on my 3D printed replacement for the centre console switch panel, as well as replacements for damaged screw tabs
And you may notice I've upholstered the centre arm rest.
And finally, not exactly *on* the car, but D2 adjacent, I've got my new office chair all put together.
