Heated seats are nice wish I also had a heated steering wheel and my puddle lights so I don't put my foot in it. Again :D

puddles were the least of my worries when I reverse parallel parked at an off road site, opened the driver's door, jumped out and disappeared from view!

Turns out I parallel parked on the edge of a 6ft deep, 10ft wide ditch without realising!

oh I wish I could have seen that:hysterically_laughi:hysterically_laughi:

I reckon my best accessory has to be the water/oil proof seat covers, what with 4 kids and 2 mutt's they've saved the seats.

my leaky sunroof as now it is raining alot more i can now have a shower on my way to work giving me an extra 15 mins in bed
lovely

when i bought my Disco 2 the rear roller parcel self was missing, I asked at the stealers and they wanted £340 for it, Imagine my suprise when i managed to win one on ebay for £26, and the right color too :D

I keep toying with the idea of a lift kit but I duck everytime I enter a carpark as it is lol
Oh I keep thinking of putting a few 12v outlets round the car like in the boot and maybe back seat area is there a wire that would be a good choice for this already there or should I just run a new from the battery and stick a fuse in it?

Run new ones, if you are using cigar / accesory sockets there is no existing wire that could take the current

Yeah that's all I want is a few cigar lighter outlets around the car, I don't rely want them perm live as I wanna keep things like a jump pack and big tourch in the boot on charge so I don't rely want them using power when the motor ain't running. What's my best option?

at the risk of hijacking the thread

if you have RAVE follow instructions on adding accesesory socket, wire from fuse box that will give you 7.5 amps via a ignition controlled relay

Run a wire from fuse box under steering wheel, to boot area via a relay (fused) controlled by ignition fir socket

That will give you enough for recharging a torch and batteries

X Eng Handbrake

I have done a lot to my Disco, but nothing else has made life better than a proper handbrake, at last!
