I fitted one to the 200 in my S3 a few weeks ago....when fitted the hand priming lever would not work...odd I thought...it was fine when I got it out of the box.

I just bleed the filter ect with the engine running.

Starting the engine from cold was not as good as it was with the old pump...changed it due an oil leak.

then I noticed this on Richard (glencoynes) facebook page re a spacer for 200 pumps.

Bought one off Richard and fitted it last weekend...cold start is back to normal and the hand primer is now fine.

So if you fitted a new pump and are having similar probs you know why.
