Hi all disco's failed suspension again. Can anyone tell me what the solonoid valve on the actual pump does. I've tested both of the valves seperate from the pump and they open and close allowing air to iether wheel ,but cant seem to favom what the single one does. I can here it click when i energise it but thats about it. Does'nt seem to open exhaust, close or anything. Thinking This could be my problem. I have new bags new sensors and all has been good for some months but yesterday rh side jacked up to off road position while leaving lh side on normal. Leaning was not the word.lol. thought i was some sort of sensor but now cant get the pump to initiate and its down on its arse.

just put two new ride sensors on (original landrover) and tried to hot wire pump pump runs and pumps but just dont want to put it down the airbag line

If u want to pump it up "manually" u have to feed th compressor and the two air supply valves at the same time... and cut th feed before u blow the bags

Cheers going to have another play today. Thought weather was going to be bad but looks ok at the moment, so going to dive in. £225 + vat is the best price i have found for a new compressor and all though its a lot just want it done but want to satisfy myself that the compressor is no good, be it the valve block. Any idea's most welcome cheers Mark

if u can inflate the bags, leave all the electric connectors unplugged there...if it's no leak it will stay levlled for days and u can investigate further to find the fault... the best is to use a tester

The single valve is the exhaust valve.

If the bags are inflating then there's nothing wrong with the compressor itself. But you can't get the valves separately.

Quick update. Thanks for all your help now all is working except a slight lean, which i can take out but lifting ride height sensor, so i guess i need to calibrate the sensors now. Desperate to buy nanocom thing now if anyone has one they might want toi sell. Why dont the sensors.
