agreed heated seats are a bonus - but wivvout them the levva seats freeze to ya goolies!

2003 auto cruise heated seats full leather air con that works. . . .runs like a dream 35-40 mpg used orft road on a regular basis ,motorway driving is perfect, , ,running on 35% bio, , ,fixed and maintained by me , , ,a fantastic motor:p :p :p

Always thought the 2wd/Auto/4WD X-trail thing smacks of basic-ness. But then again it's another one of those soft-roaders based on a s'loon car - in this case the Primera. So no real case for smugness, is there?:D
 
I aint smug - I woz just sayin that (so far) its a betta car than my old Hippoo. I realise there are the odd 1 or 2 Hippoos which are good ones, but I think Minge and Mondeo may have the monopoly on them ;)

It does wot i want - no offroadin - just muddy winter lanes for my kayaking - and 32 to the gall - not 18 :D

the new Hippoo does look good - time will tell if its reliable - i like Fords ;) :p
 
Had one on my first Rangie - came in well handy when setting up the distributor.

just keep wishin Mondeo - yu will nevva get one like ya piccy while ya own one - al ya munny will keep porin down the drain...........

fair point Mondeo! - i did my homework (Ho ho ho) - wudnt touch a 1.8 if ya paid me (sorry PJ[ where IS he]) - cudnt justify the extra costs of the diesel - so went for the v6. Wifey doesnt like the series - and the RR and Discos just too big. Maybe with hindsite diesel mitta been cheaper - but theve had probs too.
