They do that in some countries for vehicle tax purpose, something like half to third price to tax.
Matters where the the tax nears 200-300%
Seen porches, mercs, bimmer and other expensive cars going odd due to that reason but never a RR before now.
It's to do with having NO rear seats, hence it's classed as commercial or van with much lower tax, look at countries where there's lot of new rear seats for sale.
Maybe not in this case with those plates???

Ive said for a long time landrover should get into the pickup market
