He is quite legally using lane 4 in the video, so why does he have to , as you stated "learn where his indicator stalk is"?

P.s If you edit AFTER someone replies, it's only manners to say you've done an edit.
I thought it was automatic when you edited, used to be a section for the reason for the edit, i had posted an extra letter that's all I never changed the context.so my bad he was in lane 4 and preventing anyone in lane 3 from overtaking him so is he not as selfish?Edited because of typing an extra you.Edited dude to misspelling the the before reason.Edited because I missed tthe G off mispelling.

When the RR Clears the obstructed piece of road, unless as you say I watched a different videos what does he do, stays in lane 4.Correct? I had posted an extra D not G in the post so I edited it out, I am not trying to be "that "guy" whoever that is and I edited my post not someone else's , that's bad manners in my book. Edted wrong extra letter.

Atrial fibrillation?

Bit late to the party on this one
The British are known for their love of queuing
The thought behind it is if you were in a fast food restaurant with 3 tills open and the third closes, would people be happy in queue 2 if people kept walking up to queue 3 and then cut in front of them, there would be a hanging.

Smart motorways are anything g but, they put up a temporary enforceable speed limit without reverting back to the original speed limit , by law you have to remain at that speed limit unless told otherwise which is why they sometimes show the national speed limit sign again if there is a gantry available

There are not enough gantries which is why you get confusion over if a lane is open, closed or a temporary speed limit is in place

The official line I see in this situation is you are are supposed to merge in turn at the closed lane which does go against instinct to some if you are queuing patiently

What is annoying and dangerous is if there is a dedicated inside lane for traffic leaving a motorway and people seem to think it is ok if they go fast enough to pile in at the last second from the second or third lane regardless of how big the gap is which has lead to many accidents on roads near me.

I would imagine the drivers blocking the carriageway are committing an obstruction offence but Goldie is the one with the stripes :)

I would imagine her first advice would be "lay off the alcohol". That might be enough to finish him off!
