Just popped to the shop in my 97 110 defender, started this morning as it always does without an issue. Jumped back in and nothing, almost looks like there is no power to anything, but the red led on the dash is flashing. Am busy checking fuses but any guidance would be a huge help!

I'm now getting a clicking from under the dash, and the odd bleep from under the bonnet!

you near a telephone mast comunication masts, push down rd and try again.

Yep, right next to a telegraph pole with a stack of lines. RD???? Not sure what you mean?

che have you tried locking it setting alarm waiting for a few minutes and unlocking again. Sometime alarms just throw a hissy fit.

Pressing the alarm button just starts it clicking or stops it, but doesn't activate the alarm

Ah, all becomes clear! although it doesn't help as where it's parked I have no way of pushing it uphil from where it is

Is there anyway to bypass immobiliser to get it home?

Wouldn't be very good immobiliser if it was easy to bypass. Is it after market alarm or an LR one, have you got details of who fitted it.

Problem solved. Attempted to remove terminal on battery, alarms goes off, turn off with fob, car started thanks folks!
