Hi All

When I press the brake pedal both headlight side lights come & go out when I release the brakes. It happens with the lights turned off !
Any ideas ?

Bulb holders are the first place to look clean em up and wipe with silicone grease or something like that.

I shan't say nuffink about the forthcoming matrimonial shindig then. Will there be an official guest list or do I have to gate crash, who's the best man?

I've had this problem although not in a Freelander. Check the rear stop/tail light (the one with 2 elements) I found that one lamp had been manufactured with an extra long filament and had shorted the brake and sidelight circuits. Changing the lamp solved the problem.
