Rangies don't like being pressure washed, water has got in somewhere that it shouldn't have. Could be serious.
Check all the electrical connectors for water ingress, if you have access to a compressor blow them dry or a possibly use a water dispersant spray.
If you find water in a connector mounted on an ecm I'd leave it to dry naturally as spraying any chemicals into an ecm could cause you more problems.

Check the abs module for water ingress and get the ecu fault read it could be a alternator fault due to being washed
Best to just take it to your local Land rover specialist and get it hooked up to a computer. Will cost about £50 and they will be able to reset it for you and tell you if anything is nackered. Well thats the theory anyway
