its not a leaking heater rad - or a full rear cubby box is it? you have too much water inside the car.

try a dehumidifier for a couple of days.

as for a 12v one.....
to be of any value, a dehumidifier should be capable of gathering >5l of condensed water a day, and that is going to take a lot of 12v power.
Typically, a 350W dehumiddy will achieve 5 - 10l/day, and that means a 30 amp 12v line.

Or leave it in the sun with the windows open a bit (if we get any sun that is) I did this to mine last week and it dried all the condensation up.

spray with petrol wind down windows. the crappy electrics are bound to spark and ignite the fumes.. :D

Has anyone tried one of those windscreen blanket things for the outside. I'm sure that would help the inside. I was 20 mins this morning scraping ice

Tip cold water over the screen. It's enough to melt the ice. Then put the wipers on quickly to clear the water before it freezes.
 
For the inside - how about a hair dryer running from an inverter (hairdresser jokes expected flak jacket on) :D
