Hi guys,

My back windows on my 1995 90 defender, are sliding open when i brake! Also there are security issues as well, as i can slide them open with my hand:cool:
Can anyone recommend locks which would prevent this.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers Jordan

Buy a large dog, one with lots of teeth and a permanent bad mood - or else get married and leave her in the back. Works for me.

As above .................

But

Int they in round the wrong way?? :(

Its the front bit o glass that slides in mine!

So would shut when braking ;)

front bit in mine too...

mine are the same as the 3rd ones in the link.

might want to replace the runners too if they are that loose, mine are not that easy to open, not stiff, but certainly net free to slide in their runners, last owner put new runners in, stopped the rattling from them too.

Windows are in the wrong way round. I bet they leak like the titanic when you drive forward in the rain.

Shifty
suprisingly it doesn't leak, passenger door used to... sorted that though. Ordered locks anyway.

Need to work out how to fit the stereo now!

Thanks again lads
