Next on the list is the EGR replacement or rather modification on the milling machine ;) going to bore out the centre and remove the EGR valve from the inside then tig a patch over the hole on the outside that'll be left

Just make a nice stainless or aluminium blanking plate with 2 gaskets
 
cant, the EGR feeds direct into the ally pipe that comes from the cooler. Gotta replace whole pipe or remove internals

save your good one and get a junk one from the breakers and then rework that one. Could save you some money if you need to put it back on just in case
