I owned a 2001 freelander a few years ago. It blew up on outside lane of the M6 and cost me £2k to sort. Fast forward 7 years and i whilst looking for another run-around I was forced to buy a 2005 face-lifted model. I was confident though this time as the previous owner had spend £1200 having a new head gasket/bore/skim etc carried out.
Week 1 the hill descent light appeared. Sorted under warranty (sensor)
Week 2 and one of two orange "engine block" lights comes on and stays on when starting up. Its not the one with an exclamation sign in it, its the left side one - orange and looks like an engine block. Has anyone any clue what this is and what I should do
