How bored would we be if we didn't have fookwits and dickheads coming on and spouting ****e or asking questions that have been answered time after time.

NOt that they shouldn't post their questions. after All it's a public forum.

What I don't understand is why peeps want to censor the forum and only allow happy contented relevent replies?? Fook that & let the forum bahavioral Nazis sod orf to LRO if they don't like the thought patterns that they encounter on LZ

I refer to Land rovers as Land Rovers, it's a class of its own. All the others are just 4x4s and cars and things #### em.

Mine's a truck. Just is. What they were called in the New Forest when I was growing up, what they're called out here now, by all and sundry. If that annoys people I feel sorry for the people - how little do you have to have going on in your life for someone you don't know using the "wrong" description for their vehicle to annoy you?
For Pratchett fans there's an element of Stanley the pin/stamp collector from "Going Postal" about this. :)
 
Well the one thing I don't like is the term 4X4 or 4 BY 4.. Its f stupid I have never seen a 16 wheel Land Rover !!!!. Its a four wheel drive...
Any way I always call my Discovery a,, Wait for it. Disco.
