Had some more snow this mornin' but wasn't on fur long. Took me neighbour a drive intae town so's he could get some groceries and ciggies. The roads don't get gritted round here so yesterdays snow that got compacted and turned intae ice made fur some great drivin';):D
Took a couple o' photies on the way back....

dont yu grow tatties in it int winter, Buster - they are good for tha.

Nah, never bothered Daft as we grew some tatties in some cow-lick buckets that's hidden behind them two;)
The strawberries were a failure tho'. Only got a handfull from that bucket but got shed loads off the wild ones growin' all over me garden;):D:D

Lovely pics there Buster! Looks stunning.

We had fook all here and we had a works do on Satdee afternoon/eve/overnight and got a call to say me folks who were comin over from Trewey country (Bout 10 miles away from there, 20 from here) were snowed in and couldn't get to us, could we bring the kids to them in the Landy. Was only when we got 5 miles away that there was any proper snow, and all the roads and hills had turned to proper ice, there were cars abandoned on every hill, no way they would have got to us, had to tow some old lady out of a ditch - landys are ace int they!!

Only problem was we then had to go to the works do (in Newquay of all hell's ****holes) in the landy, in which the fookin heater is kapputto and we fookin froze our tits off - bastid thing - snow still there this morning (None anywhere else) but the roads were like a skating rink (Don't you hate that feeling when yer going down a narrow steep lane and something (annuvva very nice 90!) comes round a blind corner so you gently put your foot on the brake and actually start accelerating on the sheet ice!) Luckily we just went into the hedge but coulda been a bit of a crunch.

It was wet in Cornwall this mornin', hailstones and snow along the m5 fur a bit mixed wi' sunshine and more rain. Not too bad on m6 but it was windy and bloody baltic! Got near home tae find the gritters out and at home we've had a wee bit o' snaw;)
