my V8 in the P6 does it by itself. before the posh leads went on you could hold it at 4.5K at the lights and it would pop and bang and light up the hedges in the dark..
 
So the tubular manifolds marry to the head, but exit too close to the bulkhead to work it into a custom stainless system so back to the drawing board!

Can't get hold of a manifold to downpipe gasket till Monday now so guess I'll take both manifolds off this weekend and drill out the studs and replace with bolts and then bolt them back up and wait till the gaskets arrive...keep standard untill I find a suitable way to run the stainless system and find some alternative manifolds...
 
threads so long I cant remember what car its for now, like I said rimmers do stainless inlcuding tubular headers for very resonable with lifetime warrenty
 
just fitted it for the fun the flame is around 2foot long taking it off soon as going to do a side exit

do you get a conical blue flame or a flickery orange flame?

vids required before removal!

i MIGHT be inclined to give it a go.
 
And there was me thinking I'd left the boys behind in the Vee Dub scene and moved on to a more mature past time...

This surely isn't right to be talking about...naturally derived flamage is wholesome goodness, artificial flames are just pure cheese surely????

cheers for the info shrek, yeah i admit its probably never going to happen but i cant deny id like to give it a shot, always thought it was a laugh and the v8 is the ideal motor for it.

maybe one day when im super bored and have no other jobs to do!
