....coming from under passenger side bonnet.
It only happens when warmed up and only after accelerating (take foot of go pedal and it starts) or at idle.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
Replaced all my cruise control vacuum hoses from pedal to bellows with silicon hose, can't remember if it's 4or6 mm, good tight fit with no more split ends.

Whistling fixed? Cruise fixed?

Unfortunately not.
The whistling was worse last night on way home. It seems to be coming more from inside under the passenger side dash.

Then this morning and all day (so far) whistling gone. But cruise still no worky.

So another pipe split? There is one that goes to the brake peddle.

Being none too familiar with this, where are the bellows situated and is there a diagram to hand anywhere?

The bellow is the the black rubber dome where the pipes connect into, if you remove the bracket from the EAS box there is a electrical conector underneath that is worth checking, also if you suck on the rubber tube that connects to the below it should fold in if not the bellow may be split.

Once again, thanks for all the help.

Next day the whistle has gone and the cruise control is working fine.

Phucked if I know why but (as always) if it's working, leave well alone.:)
