Also note that clutch kit will contain clutch, cover and release bearing but does not contain clutch fork, slippers and plastic clip - these should be renewed at the same time and an HD clutch fork should be used. I got a Borg and Beck for mine a couple of years ago but have not fitted it yet. I will reasses the condition of the clutch whilst I'm replacing the fork shortly and replace if required.

And he is right about replacing the fork ^^^^^^^^^.Ooohhh nice!! The reason I don't have a plumber is the one that fitted my bathroom was also a little inappropriate and so I ask him to leave! Wonder if it was the same bloke!

I would have only been about 28 years old and got this plumber in to fit a new bathroom... He was just really sleazy and would always stand far too close and made me feel uncomfortable... He didn't do part of the job how I wanted so I asked him to do it again and he got really stroppy and a bit intimidating. So I asked him to leave and only paid him for the work done so far and not the final amount... He started driving slowly by my house for a while and sending horrible text messages so I told him I would call the police and he stopped.
I still need a decent plumber though, that's not going to try it on or rip me off
AP from Island seemed well made. Silent and light compared to the ****part HD I fitted.
Heavy as fook, rattled like nothing else and disintegrated after 20,000 miles. Total crap.
When examined you could see where they had skimped on the design and I am guessing the quality of the steel. Avoid, unless you enjoy changing clutches of course?
