Yes but if the import tariffs are abolished or EU is treated the same as the rest of the world on import duties they'll be way too expensive over here.

16” I only have them for 32” M/T tyres that won’t fit under your vehicle (they are old and have no problems with pressures but are expensive new and gigantic as a whole wheel ). I would advise against for your use.
Will handle like a boat and look like a matchbox 16” with road tyres.
V8 will handle 19’s no probs but if ride is compromised for your taste 17 would be better than 16 for road use
18” good all rounder you’d like best I think with a tyre to suit your requirements.
So long as it’s not 22” with rubber bands, spinny things, flashing lights and glitter it’s just a matter of choice

If you fit tyres with a larger rolling radius you raise the gear ratios. This would be far more apparent on a manual than it would be on an auto.

When it had neglected intercooler, spill/map pipes etc it was bit of an inconvenience and surely noticeable pulling off.
Now it’s got plenty of power on tap it’s not particularly noticeable. I have you to thank for that mainly.

Imported food prices from many places will actually fall if the UK leaves the EU as the EU put high tariffs on non EU stuff.

Yep, that was the point. EU won't be able to compete.
Why? L322 18" wheels are only 7.5 J. P38 18" wheels are 8 J. If you want 8 J wheels from an L322 they have to be 19". In which case you would need 255/50/19 tyres

Wammers, I was given a set of 18" L322 rims with 255 60 18 Wrangler tyres on them and thought I'd change to them on my range from the 235 65 16 that are currently on there. Finding there was only a 1% or less diff on the speedo thought it was a good option, although id need conversion rings to take the hub centres from 70.1 to 72.9 which are the L322. I've driven loads of landys in the military this is my first range rover.
You have a P38 4.6 according to your details, what year is it? It is pretty unusual for a P38 to have 7.5J rims which it will have if fitted with 235/65/16 tyres. P38 should be fitted with 8J rims and 255/65/16 or 255/55/18 tyres.

It's a 1996 with 8Jx16x57.0 moulded into the rims. So best to stick to 8J rather than the L322 I got in the garage, which I pressume are 7J as I cannot find the marking on them. Also I'd have to use the hub rings to take up the slack to fit the L322
Ok we are getting somewhere. Have looked and was wrong about 7.5J never an option on the P38, but 7J was very early on. An 8J rim should not have 235/65/16 tyres on, they are wrong. 18" wheels on a P38 should have 255/55/18 tyres. The ones on your L322 wheels will give a slight speedo error but if they are part worn that should be negligible. You would be better with P38 wheels.

and they are the only sizes homologated for the P38.

mine has 235/70/16 on . when i bought it, it had a different size tyres on, i had horrible problems with it when cold. they replaced nearly everything to do with the steering, which improved it , but didnt fix it. finally the tyres wore out. when i went to get new ones , the tyre place asked me if i wanted the proper sized tyres on or the same as what was on there. i said proper. it fixed all my problems with the steering. so have stayed with 235/70/16 since by the way mine is a 1995 4.0 se
16"s on 255/65/16's. plenty of give and dont forget she's not a sports car but a cruiser in style and gets muddy if and or when needed kind of bus.
