I've just come across a pair of genuine LR wheel chocks for a RRC but can't figure out where they are supposed to be stowed in my '87 Vouge. The jack with it's 2 piece handle & the tool-roll is behind the 'curtain' but the chocks, being both the same size, don't even fit inside one another - could they somehow fit inside the spare wheel, if so what holds them in place?

Wasn't there some sort of polystyrene insert that fitted in the spare wheel or something? Mine were just loose behind the curtain when I bought it.

You're right, they don't even fit inside each other, let alone anywhere convenient. Typical half hearted effort from British Leyland in the 80s...

^ yes there was for the P38 iirc. I used mine for fabrication

they go right at the back o/s..they were not in an 87.

Thanks for all the advice guys, I'll stick to the (perfectly adequate) small rubber ones I've used for a couple of years that will stow behind the curtain.
