In an attempt to discover why some of the HEVAC switches were 'sticky' in their operation (I've found an inordinate amount of brown gloop behind other panels, suggesting a spilt coffee or similar) I dismantled the HEVAC.

Don't do it. 5 minutes to bits; 40 minutes, 3 fags and lots of swearing to put it back together again.

And no, it didn't cure the sticky switches......

Shouldn't have fitted my centre box straight threw pipe now I keep gunning it away from the lights with the window down, proper boy racer style

i do like the silence with the standard exhaust but i also like the low down burble. also fitted my sports can back on my bike forgot how good that sounds to

Got my Cortina rally car mot yesterday been garaged 18 years, god don't remember it being that noisey and bumpey to drive but what fun
