whats the fix then
i'm going through similar stuff with mine but the temp is fluctuating without aircon on, i'm replacing the water pump first, see how it goes but i'm pretty sure the fans arnt cutting in.
the fans work, you can test em by getting to the plug on one of the pressure sensors, the one easiest to get to under front bumper and shorting the two plug terminals. dunno what it tells you other than fans work or dont work!
