I can see them now, but I don't know what they are either, maybe something that plugs into the back of a switch or gauge?
Either that or someone left them there to wind up a future owner!
 
It has two bulb holders in it. Obviously part of a broken switch. If your car is a manual maybe remains of transfer box high low switch.

The EAS is removed and the passenger window and sunroof do not work, so just wondered if its anything to do with them?

It's a dash switch that has been dismembered. Could be any of several. The wire colours may give it away look them up in Rave.

Find what's not working

Personally I leave confusing crap in every second hand car I sell, sex toys or parts of?
