Changed all the oils in the disco,fitted cheackerd plate to the bonnet

i've just tken off the towing eyes at the front to attatch my newly painted steering guard... red to match the car! then i've painted the bonnet chequer plate black but cant fit it yet because i need to take off the front wheel carrier!

Decided to grind down the rotten inner sills on my newly aqcuired fender V8 to apply a bit o' hammerite and found that the rotten sills were actually rotten carpet bracket things and the actual sills ain't too bad at all.
Removed the radio center slab and 70's radio ready for new head unit and amp that will go in newly fitted Tuffy box!

well my new cranked trailing arms arrived this afternoon, so i spent an hour fitting the standard bushes, wow it's hard work wit only a vice
