Sorry fella, I didn't really look under your truck, spent most of my time with my head under the bonnet :D

Good to hear that you are enjoying driving it again.

I know you weren't having a moan, just a bit embrassing that something that simple goes wrong after I've had in my workshop :)

..so when yer wanna do me weldin !!!!!!

Bit chocker in the immediate future (that why I asked how long until your MOT ;) ) Will check diary and ping you a message. Probably going to be second half of June if thats ok.

Fixed the drivers door handle where some thieving prick with a death wish had a pop at my landy AGAIN.:mad::mad:

This is getting beyond the joke now.:( I spose on the plus side they have failed to get away with it again.:)

Got up and 4am and by 04:30 was outside finishing what I had lost heart to do yesterday.

Finished fitting my boost gauge and threw my dash back together. Then a quick fag break followed by finishing off the inlet / exhaust manifold gasket. The rear most upper bolt is basicly fecked and the bloody thing is still blowing. Looks like I will have to try and tap the thread, which I will proberly make an absolute bollox of in usual Disco Moneypit fashion.

I've come to the conclusion that old Land Rovers are all women. Why??? Because they never, ever stop spending all your money.

Changed yet another tyre (very suspicious flat), adjusted the driver door so i dont have to slam it quiet as hard, changed the clutch master and slave cylinders (finaly) :D

fixed a knackered front indicator bulb and am now waiting for the primer to dry on my camel trophyesc antidazzle coating on me bonnet project

This is probably against the law in LR land, but mines has been washed and waxed.

And for those of you who were laning last weekend, me scratches have gone too :D

changed transfer box oil, changed engine oil an filter, drained 'water' and refilled with a water/coolant mix, give the rear a camel cut and trimmed the front bumper a little bit, then got bored so took the boat out for a few hours up the river, then painted the bare metal id left after butchering the arches and finally got round to adjusting me steering lock stops!! oh an cleaned the inside so theres no more red bull cans and reciepts floating round. oil change seems to have stopped me oil pressure light coming on randomly, woohoo!!

not done much today
