Finished fitting the CB at lunchtime in the office car park ... and forgot to bring a SWR meter ... oh well, won't switch the baby on until tonight then!

Rear arches cut out to match the front. All of the plastic protectors removed "carefully" and lobbed in the skip. The person who designed the one that sits against the bodywork to "protect" the shocks needs his cock slamming in a full cutlery drawer. The foam sponge backing was fookin' soaking wet

Removing all of these has of course revealed a fortunately mild case of tin worm on the battery boxes and rear passenger side inner arch. I was contemplating removing the plastic sill covers but I know that the sills are shot so will leave them on until I have the box section replacements made

Sold ma 90, more pennies for spares and shinny's on the 110!:)

First new job front wheel bearings and lowering back down to normal ride hide!

2inch lift is a pain in the arse, handles like a green goddess:(

SWR'd the CB now I've fitted it to the 110 but could only get it to 1.5 ... I know that's still ok but I had it to 1.1 on the old 90

I am using a short 0.8m springer though as opposed to a 1.8m I had on the 90 so I guess that's the difference.

Took mine for a blast down the motorway on a 70 mile trip through wet/ snowy conditions. I past the time watching the water dripping down inside listening to the 200tdi rattling away, cruising at 70 mph and thought to myself " why does this still put a smile on my face"
I must get this bloody heater sorted out in the spring so I don't forget like I did last summer.

My sentiments exactly ;)

Ive pressure washed the underside of mine after a play in a local quarry .

what jobs have you done on yours ?

Stated to find why my headlights wouldn't work last time I used them, got them sorted by fitting new power supply to the switch, now it won't turn over! Battery's fine, even Tryed a jump, got all dash lights and head lights still work. By passed key by shorting the starter motor, that spins but does not engage? Been working fine! As with the lights till yesterday! Think I might pull dash out tomorrow to see if I can find my gremlin behind their.....any ideas its a 1992 trip 200
