Finally finished rebuilding the gearbox and fitted it. Then found a hole in the clutch pipe whilst bleeding it.....more time passes.

Just been out to re-attach back body after painting. Turned the ignition on to then here my flasher unit clicking constantly! ARGHHHH. I hate electrics...

Carried on fitting the carling switches into the raptor dash. Put a catch on me home made rear drawer as it keeps opening when im on a hill.

Tomorrow is boost gauge time and spotlight changing day. Will also have to try and fill up before salisbury on saturday. That ull be fun :(

Drove her to work, passed 3 closed fuel stations, found one open with a 25 quid max so stuck in 25 quids worth then went to Tescos and bought enough SVO to fill up

Chopped up my exhaust and rerouted 6'' higher ready for the plains :D :D

Cleaned it and sanded the bottom of the doors, getting rid of the nasty corrosion, putting stopper/filler in it, priming it re-spraying it and then pulling the chequer plate kit over it :D

Fitted rear bumper. Took ages to sort out bumper indicators, earth wire had perished. Gave the engine bay a quick power wash ready for MOT in the morning.

Did one patch of welding, its solid but looks pretty shoddy due to it being on the underside of the chassis and i was using a stick welder.

Got to bleed the brakes on Monday.

put £60 of doozil in it and went to Sherbourne for a drive out wiv Minty. & to make sure me noo lift kit int destroyed the handling or made it twitchy. All ok but got fook all steering lock on it. cos of the 265/75 BFG Muds. I've fitted

removed the factory fit load space interior light and relocated the caravan strip light so it iluminates the whole load area. Made sure the turbo wastegate hadn't seized back up again, checked the fluid levels and did a walk around check of the tyres, lights, wiper blades etc. Lubricated the drivers side rear door catch/linkage, Cleaned the floor in the front seating area, emptied some c**p out the back of it, transfered the bare minimum of tools into it as I have to be ready to go to straight out to work as soon as I get back home after tomorrows laning.

Took the roof and sides of, temporarily bolted the new roll hoop on, popped to a mates to pick up the side opening tailgate he doesn't want (and to make sure the lift kit hasn't knackered the handling). Fitted tailgate and started fitting the swing away wheel carrier.. From this..
