Got the a frame off the rear axle and the ball joint is goosed. Gonna clean it all up, fit new poli bushes and a new ball joint. Ah will need to get some new bolts to fit the two brackets to the cross member tho.

Fitted me mantec window guards. fooking ****e that they are. Always thought Mantec stuff was supposed to be good quality. well these fookers aren't. who's idea was it to make a rectangular guard for a non rectangular window??

I bought some cheap one's once, they were really **** warped I sent the things back they were sharp in the little holes where the press had cut them They never took the burrs off , I complained and got me money back .

I told them they were that sharp it could cut me kids fingers off:mad:

Could have died. When I bought the Landy there was a full set of Mantec window grills for £150 on here. Was going to get but was strapped. I even had the wholes where last owner removed them. Gutted.

Collected and fitted my noooo lockable free cubby box. :) cheers Neil well chuffed!!! Will be able to put the switches to my heated seats nicely in there.

Build quality is fine. It's the fooking design or lack of actually. they've got parallel sides and all the holes are parallel. but the sides of a fender are sloped. So why the fook didn't they cut em the same shape as the rear panels??

Oooh nice how did ya fix and what did ya use?? need to fix mine down but not sure of best way to do it??

Mine had a wooden baton set up underneath and 4 bolts that are bout 60mm long me thinks. Lined up perfectly with 4 holes that just happened to be in the panel. I'll be honest I haven't tightened them up. Have to wait til Declan's here this weekend.

All the seat box area it going to get a refurb one I've managed to change gearbox oil. Foamed and insulated. My 90's gonna be like a padded room.....

How apt

Mines not got the batton but I have bought a length of 21mm sq. to fit underneath debating on whether to extend them so they reach the old seat bolt holes or cut em same size as cubby and fit to the liftout panel, that's underneath the cubbybox.
