Made two spotlight brackets, had to painstakingly shape them to fit my very awkward round winch bumper. Shaped entirely by hand with a selection of files. Bloody hard work for many hours. But, when they are on she will look even better and we will be able to see, which is a bonus. I think??
 
Spent 3 hours in the ****ing rain wiring up the winch and re-wiring the driving lights :rolleyes: :D Good to have it all working now though :)

Fitted a wing top air scoop over the heater inlet, It does make an improvement to air flow when the vehicle is moving but has lesser effect when the fan is running. It should stop the snow covering the inlet this winter, which stops air flow completely and it should also stop rain getting in the duct if it rains when it's parked outside.
 
Removed the sills to fit the rock sliders I got in billing, and found that I need a new pair or rear tubular outriggers and a few patches on the bottom of the bulkhead and front outrigger, took a while to remove the mounting bolts because they had rusted and were badly seized, patches going on tomorrow :)

Fitted the accelerator pedal
I got from billing.

Roll cage welding 99% done

All mounts bar one wedge done
Can
Be bolted down finally on 3 of four cowners and the front
Hoop is welded in Place.

The 90 got 1 new spat run out or trim
Clips!! Must order 50
 
Looked at the wiring on a defender. Thank god i got a disco :eek:.

It just showed what a mess someone can make in a very short time :(.
