Let the girlfriend drive it round the field for a while then Washed it :O decided that since I now had to wind the windows down to see out them it was in need of one.

repaired me boot floor, first welding job ive ever done on my own! looks good. now to put me disco back together!!

Drained the diff's and re-filled with fresh oil, fitted some of those brighter/whiter headlamp bulbs ... kept getting flashed off other motorists last night despite only being on dip ... I guess they work then:D

Got flustered thinking would have the old reverse light problem as noticed not working. Was very pleased when removing the bulb, wire wooling the fitting and bulb, refitted and worked. Happy days:D

Just deciding what green it should be as struggling to colour match. Like the metallic epsom green ( technically still green on log book then ;)

Jet washed at local arc, the que for the wash got long and was laughed at by the people waiting as it jeted back a load of mud at me. I had the final laugh as there was about 2" of mud left behind as I drove off. Then spent the rest of the day fitting a snorkel and wading kit. And then a new brake light bulb. Ready for the next adventure.

I will find out and let you know. The back door ,roof and side panels are not original (slightly lighter) but the rest is dark green like yours, Will give her a bath and post a better pic tuesday for a comparrison
