Finally managed to align the flying pigs with the blue moon....and got the beast to the MOT station at a time that it could be tested! :D

But only on one wheel bearing...and the drop arm, so.....:cheer2:
 
took it for its mot all the new shiny things confused the tester so he passed her,going to take her for a celebratory drink and fill the fuel tank:D:D:D:D
 
Actually wired the second battery, t-max split charge and winch today. pretty pleased with myself. :bounce:

And it all works. :D
 
Filled the disco up today £105 :mad: and it was only just under a 1/4 of a tank, still at least i can claim the VAT back that makes it £87.50 :) makes it a little bit better
 
well ive put a sunroof in mine today :cool: as it did have one b4 and the last owner took it out and replaced it with tin :( and when looking out of my bedroom window :rolleyes: (yeah true love lol) i could see it :( so now it looks good ... ohh and ive fitted some cibie spotlights to the front :cool: not wired them up yet as im no good at wire's so will get a m8 to do that for me :D
 
With an extra pair of hands from Fanatic we made up and fitted the rest of the brake pipes to mine yesterday. :)

Today I fixed the faulty bonnet sensor on my alarm. I think some fat bastid may have leant on it yesterday.;):D:D:D
 
Removed front O/S hub - ready for replacing bearings.
Love the bit in Haynes that says : slacken and remove the two retaining bolts ....and slide caliper off the disc. My version was slacken and remove the bottom bolt....then spend the best part of an hour sweating, swearing, spraying, hitting, and any other method that comes to mind to slacken the top bolt! :(

Got all the turbo hoses and intercooler parts dry and back on replaced the holey K&N wannabee ****e air filter for the original air filter canister with nice new element:D Thanks to Vagrent for the new straps:D dryed and refitted the cyclone breather took it for a test run and its definitely made a difference to performance:D and should stop smoking soon (think it may have still had a bit of parrafin in the intercooler:doh:
