Fitted new door catches as wife complaining about having to hang on going round corners.Then fixed "bullet hole" in screen,Ooooooops now the starter solenoid is stuck.....................
 
Removed the bullbar as it is being sold.
Tomorrow, we're going to attempt to bend one of the doors to make it fit better!!!
 
:)Bled the clutch and drove it back and forth for the first time since buying it!:)

Removed pioneer tool mounting points, fitted rear wheel carrier, moved spare from bonnet to back door and removed fixings from bonnet. Hopefully the chequer plate will turn up on monday to hide the remaining holes.

Made door card for passenger door and fitted new speakers. Sounds good but a little off balance till I do the drivers side tomorrow...
 
Cleaned the mud off.
Fitted an EGR blacking plate.
Removed the intercooler & left it soaking in white spirt.
 
fitted new discs and pads on my disco and also replaced the n/s/f/ wheel bearing and oil seal. still got slight vibration so checking the front prop and uj's tomoz.
 
tried tightening up the steering box, not much going on there though so rolled around underneath checking out all the track rod ends etc.. (all this done in the ****ing rain i might add!!!)
 
Nuthin, sunday's the landie's day of rest... But after having had one or two drinks out on the town last night, I woke up in the rear cab this morning :S I always preferred the 90 but now I sure know why they made the 110 ;)

Cleared the back out, blimey!, the amount of stuff I had in the back was amazing. About 50 spanners/screwdrivers etc etc, tow ropes, jackets, and 2 bags of rubbish!!
Them 110's sure hold alot!
 
Fabricated and fitted the drivers side door card and speakers. Sounds fantastic now and you can even hear it over the rest of the noise :D Also added the first bit of insulation which went behind the door cards.
Plenty more to go in... This week is gonna be devising a solution for fitting the new seats and still being able to access the battery and tool box. Battery might just be the addition of an anderson connector for jumping. The toolbox will be a little harder, any suggestions?
 
removed fooked UJ and replaced with a 2nd hand 1 i had will replace all when i return to work.
took off steering damper as it was bent...... opps lol will replace that in week
seem alot nicer to drive now lo

was worth it tho as it was a great weekend of laning
 
Rewired the switches for my Lightbar some numpty pulled on the block tha holds the switches and pulled it out so had to redo the ends. Then Sorted out the bracket for the satnav as it kept falling of the window now screwed to the dash.
