over the weekend i have done a sum total of fookall to it, went into canterbury and got myself a new welding helmet as me auto dimming one is playing about and i got arc eye earlier in the week not gonna be doing anything else today as i have a stinking headache from driving back from kent

stripped the new chassis of bump stops, tank & trailing arm bushes ready for cutting.
Didnt wanna risk damaging the chassis so unbolted them rather than cut them off...took 6 hours to undo a total of 22 bolts due to rust....nice.
Attempted drop arm ball joint gaiter replacement but couldnt get the new-un over the lip...some boiling water needed first me thinks.
Cleaned up the diff from the scrapper.

G...hows the arc eye..that aint good bruv

that won't do you any good when its the dirty great rust hole in your bulkhead causing the leak lol

Ah've bin mostly pullin' down trees wi' mine all weekend. Had a couple of 'moments' when ah thought me brakes had failed, turned out tae be the trees pullin' me backwards when they didn't break!!!!
Haven't been on as ah've basically came in, had me tea, opened a couple o' beers and fell asleep in me chair 'till mornin'!
Also stuck another years insurance on it;):D

remembered tae stick the road tax disc on the windscreen, n picked up my replacement bulkhead thats had a bit of patchin done to it. It looked perfict when I bought it, till I got home. Still it's better than the one thats on there now.

I had the New Disco recovered to garage when the Halfshaft or CV Joint gave way in Co-Op Carpark and i lost all drive except in difflock!
