Just fitted a new ACR Power Head to my 1985 2.25 LPG converted 90...absolutely superb. Loads more grunt and no need to change down every time I hit the slightest incline! Haven't picked up a speeding ticket in years but might do now! :)

Question is Do I fit a dixon bate to it to make it adjustable height wise? I can't forsee any need to but what do the wise people of LZ reckon?

Got mine through another MOT! Was worried rear shocks were boarderline, given the state the front ones were in having changed them this week, but he wasn't worried. Did give me a couple of other advisories, but nothing major.

Today I painted the roof of me series 3. Started stripping the layers of crap of the chassis of the series 2 to see if there was metal underneath. Success...theres metal..bit more of a rub down then its time to paint that too. Sorted the timing out on the Series 3, runs like a dream now...even wheel spins:D:D
