stuart turner, what you doing we that????????
whats you got it out of, or what you putting it in?

well, i was asked to help a family friend clear out her garage and load some 'junk' into the skip the engine including gearbox and whole box of brand new spare parts, was going to be skipped. i asked if i could have it she said yes.

it came out of a 1920/30s broads sailing boat. havnt got anything to put it in so il probably sell it once ive finished restoring it to original condition.

I've gotta pick up a seagull engine from devon this weekend not looking forward to the 8 hour round trip tho

good engines reliable as anything, lent one to somebody once and they dropped it in while running :(, after 5 hours of being on the bottom we got it out, took the spark plug and drained the water, dried it off abit and it started good as new. got two of them in the workshop for a reason :)

I could get LZ courier service to get it but have arranged to pick it up this Saturday, Never thought of it really stupid really cos we did move some bits before.

I got a small fibreglass tender I rescued from the sea all sad looking a ride on the company car roof and some fibreglass its now half sea worthyish. am going to re glass it sand and fill it paint it camel colours and whack it on the roof of my landy so people can throw money in on the London 2 Brighton run to be donated to Help for Heros. Then just for some amusement might take it out with the engine while at Brighton just for some giggles. Thats the plan anyways Landy still needs a CV so I should be doing that really but hey its for charity

Got the roof off the Series yesterday, floor panels out today, seatbox and tub prepped for removal tomorrow. It's been a hard day for the angle grinder !
