put yet more sealant round top of windscreen as passenger footwell resembled paddling pool this morn:rolleyes: my side was dry tho:D next job when hubs has a day off is to try and find the cause of the squeak on the front wheels, tis making my ears bleed it's so high pitched:eek:

Would that do you? Virtually brand new, I bought it when I was going to make my own snorkel, but don't need it now .. ;)

£15 + postage .. they're going for about £20 on ebay ...
 
thanks for that paul, ive got 2' pipe, need to think of a way to make up the extra without it dropin off in the wind, is it plastic?
 
Nope, pressed steel, internal 'cyclone' type things, good quality, the real deal ... ;)
 
yer but ive only used 2' pipe :doh: if it were plastic i could have made the diff up with plastic pipe i got but metal may be harder to fix so it stays on... oh bugga
 
Yeah, 10mm each side is a bit much .. there's a nut on a captive stud on top so you can make up a bracket to bolt it to the roof guttering, then maybe just stuff the gap up with foam, something like a campers sleeping mat ... ;)

I've used the stuff (campers sleeping mat) for all sorts of things, it's waterproof, light, easy to cut and shape, very good insulation for caravan walls .. lovely stuff .. ;)
 
I've spent the weekend doing bigger holes where rust was and then covering with a plate... happy days!

ooooo thats a big 'ole, JP.

I just shortened my tow bar, so it fits int Disco and refitted my tow ball "just in case" :eek:.
