Yes and no.:D
Got it tested and I'm doing the jobs on the advisory list so the lad that bought it wont have any problems with it. It's up to him then to look after it.
The oils were due so rather than him leave it and ruin a good engine, I've done it as I had the oils in ready anyway.
Accepted 600 quid which is good considering that the body is scratched and dented with bits of trim missing but a bargain for him as mechanically it's in great order and will go on and on with no problems.
Got 'till Sat to get it done but trouble is my 110 is booked in for test on Friday and it's not finished yet
All comes at once but hey, doin nowt else so if the rain keeps off I'll get it done, Maybe ??:)

Discaovered that the pedal box is more rotten than I thought and even though I've welded a new box inside tha rusty one, I dont think the mot man will be happy as there is weld within 4" of the bolts for the pedals and it is rotten within 6" of the securing bolts .
The whole thing is solid as a rock but the old rust is still there, praps |I should have cut it out but it means the wing coming off .
Looks like the wing will have to come off anyway.:(

Hey Ho :)

tried to take a rear wheel off.... bent a bar in the process, need to buy a breakers bar tomorrow...

little compressor
almost did the trick got the MOT but an advisory on the slightly stiff steering!

i did explain about the 7 ball joints , swivel pre load, relay , and damper! so a little stiffness is expected

I've found out what the knocking sound on the rear wheel was... need new bearings!
