Fitted a new rear bump stop (after having to angle grind the old one off, grrrr!), adjusted the reverse light switch (again!) and then cracked the windscreen while looking at how to fit my snorkel - arghhhh!!!
Also noticed a patch of power steering fluid under the Landy and a pool of coolant under my "banger rally" car
Not going near any more cars today!!!

sorry went off to do a job something similar to this but not a cheapo modern thing, Engine cylinder bore honing tool ------- hone on eBay, also, Hand Tools, Garage Equipment Tools, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 15-May-09 22:00:00 BST) used in a big old drill press, taking off .45mm for some other pistons. its a 1.6 litre, v4 speed boat engine that started at 140hp but were gonna mess with it

Don't ask, was one of those moments where you wish you could go back in time for a minute! 50 quid excess for new windscreen but worth it I guess as the old one has been scored from when I bought the Landy (looked like wiper had been used with no rubber for quite a while!!!) and the windscreen seal was on its last legs anyway.

it's not in their yard yet but in the compound where the weighbridge is,it's in surprisingly good shape but the nearside rear wheel is off,give them a bell,they have a website too.
