Inch drive on what! ? Only thing inch drive should be used on on there is the gearbox rear nut isn't it and even then thats overkill!

A frame ball joint and cast- solid bolts as we planned to loosen the ball joint cast housing mounting bolts to a frame arms

Three foot breaker bar and lump hammer and it wouldn't undo after undoing nuts.

So we attacked arm to chassis point bolts, any way you want it some of it as rusty as a hand cart and no gas as not at my place.

That and arm to chassis nuts less flex on inch drive to crack off.

Anyway is your v8 going to be on road this year?

Need a workshop with a 1" windy gun ;) that'll rattle anything off! Or then again oxy torch works wonders too!

Erm no idea, making a start on the chassis next month so depends on funds, got the box, got the axles, got the engine just need to make chassis and body then buy the little things like gauges, seats, wiring, lights etc

chassis will be done in a few weeks once I start, I'll do a 12 hour day with a welder quite happily if I need to :p I enjoy it

But finances are a limiting factor for me, wont be any pics on this forum though as I've got no where to put the thread but I'll put the link to hotrod forum in my sig.....well maybe.....if I can be arsed

After smelling a suspicious oily smell, I checked unde the bonnet, turns out I didn't screw the oil filler cap down properly. Oil mist all over the engine bay :D Luckily the oil level only went a bit down and the oil filler cap was tucked between the cylinder head and exhaust manifold, slightly melted but still works fine

found that my headunit has decided to stop working altogether and that the fuse had blown for my light bar so changed the light fuse and plan on looking at my headunit tomorrow as the rattle of the fag lighter panel is the most annoying rattle ever

Stole all the HD cable from the workshop, to wire in me 600W invertor. :D Picked up a few lights, wiring bits, fuseholders etc. Gonna spend tomorrow installing some gadgets.

Got to install.
600W Invertor.
Yuasa FT7800 Ham Radio.
Interior strip Lamp.
exterior driving lamps.

Finished the wiring for the 2nd alternator and battery.. just need to finish the 2nd regulator for the alternator and bobs your uncle!

Also welded up my mates diff casing as he diff blew out the back!

Drove it to the scrappy to pick up a diff and some bits and bobs for my axle change. Then filled it to the gunnels with stuff from my old flat so I can empty it in time for inspection tommorow. Happy to get rid

Went and picked up my new (to me) modulars, which I believe belonged to another LZ member before making it to the scrappy. Then met a mate who sold me a Tmax hi lift for £15 only had £8 in my wallet so he called it a deal :D

Tthen went laning this afternoon, first time I've ever been out with another Landy. Had a right laugh, can't believe the state of some of the lanes after this winter though

Not as much as I would have liked but the lanes are just washed out, full of rocks with ruts down the middle around 2ft deep or more in places

They definitely hurt when you slip into them that's for sure.

Running down muddy lanes and tearing them up is why they are getting shut down. Not very responsible using lanes when they are muddy. Want to play in the mud use a P&P site
